Hi, my name is Gus and I am an online coach and a personal trainer. I became a personal trainer in 2015 and it’s been the most fulfilling job I’ve ever had.

Since young age, I’ve had a deep passion for fitness and well-being. The journey began as a personal endeavor to transform my own health and lifestyle. Through dedication, hard work, and the guidance of some incredible mentors, I experienced the remarkable changes that can be achieved through exercise and a balanced diet.

However, the true turning point came when I decided to share my knowledge and experience with others. The transformation I underwent was not only physical but also mental and emotional. It was this holistic change in my life that inspired me to become a personal trainer.empower others to take control of their health, achieve their fitness goals, and experience the same transformative journey.
